1. Don’t get into a meal plan because you were referred by someone you love or trust.
Most meal plans are always tailored to meet individual requirements. This is true even if your goal seems to be same as theirs. Meal plans consider factors such as alergies, activity levels and taste preferances.
Instead, use meal plans as a pointer to do your due diligence. Best decision of all time is to seek professional help.
2. Investing in meal plans with existing scandals or bad ratings.
This is using a meal plan even though you have heard or witnessed people having controversial results using it.
More like digging your grave…
There is this lady who drank some traditional concortion inorder to loose belly fat only to have a near death experience. She kept vomitiing and had a constant diarrhoea and had to be rushed to the hospital to be stabilized.
A few days later, another
woman kept asking for the source of her concoction because she believed she was fatter than the other lady so the effect won’t be massive.
so much for taking risks!
3. Falling for quick fix diet plans and pills.
Meal plans take time to show results. your body needs time to adjust so patience is inevitable. the same plan may work faster in others while taking a little longer with others. Your aim is to achieve your goals without causing more harm in the process. Don’t be gullible!
Let me know if this was healpful.
